盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗牙周病的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗牙周病的临床疗效。方法100例牙周病患者为研究对象,依据药物治疗方案的不同分为对照组和实验组,每组50例。对照组采用碘甘油治疗,实验组采用盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果,临床观察指标(牙周附着水平、菌斑指数、牙龈指数、牙周袋探诊深度),不良反应发生情况。结果实验组患者的总有效率98.00%高于对照组的84.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的牙周附着水平、菌斑指数、牙龈指数、牙周袋探诊深度分别为(0.71±0.12)mm、(2.40±0.44)、(1.14±0.21)、(2.25±0.43)mm,均低于对照组的(1.32±0.42)mm、(3.67±0.85)、(2.38±0.32)、(3.57±0.55)mm,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的不良反应发生率4.00%低于对照组的16.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙周病患者实施盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗,能够对植牙手术治疗效果起到巩固作用,整体治疗效果较好。Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of minocycline hydrochloride ointment in the treatment of periodontal disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with periodontal disease as research subjects were divided into control group and experimental group according to different drug treatment schemes,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with iodine glycerin,and the experimental group was treated with minocycline hydrochloride ointment.The clinical effects,clinical observation indexes(periodontal attachment level,plaque index,gingival index,probing depth),and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 98.00%of the experimental group was higher than 84.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The periodontal attachment level,plaque index,gingival index,and probing depth of the experimental group were(0.71±0.12)mm,(2.40±0.44),(1.14±0.21),(2.25±0.43)mm,which were less than(1.32±0.42)mm,(3.67±0.85),(2.38±0.32),(3.57±0.55)mm of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 4.00%in the experimental group was lower than 84.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of minocycline hydrochloride ointment in the treatment of periodontal disease can consolidate the therapeutic effect of dental implant surgery,and the overall treatment effect is better.
