摘　　要：目的:探讨替吉奥联合放疗对复发性直肠癌患者血清癌胚抗原(CEA)水平及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年3月至2021年3月南京鼓楼医院集团宿迁医院收治的复发性直肠癌患者50例作为研究对象,将患者按入院号方式分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。2组患者均接受基础治疗,对照组采用调强放射治疗,观察组采用替吉奥联合放疗,观察2组临床疗效及对血清癌胚抗原(CEA)水平、睡眠质量的影响。结果:观察组有效率为56.00%,对照组有效率为28.00%,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原242(CA242)、糖类抗原199(CA199)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),睡眠质量评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对复发性直肠癌患者采用替吉奥联合放疗的治疗方案,能明显提高临床治疗疗效,降低血清CEA、CA242、CA199水平,改善患者睡眠质量。Objective:To investigate the effects of Tegafur combined with radiotherapy on serum carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)level and sleep quality in patients with recurrent rectal cancer.Methods:A tatal of 50 patients with recurrent rectal cancer admitted to Suqian Hospital of Nanjing Drum-Tower Hospital Group between March 2019 and March 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and the patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to the admission number,with 25 cases in each group.Both groups received basic treatment,and the control group was treated with intensity-modulated radiotherapy while the experimental group was given Tegafur combined with radiotherapy.The clinical efficacy and effects on serum CEA level and sleep quality before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the experimental group was 56.00%,and that of the control group was 28.00%.The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum CEA,carbohydrate antigen 242(CA242)and carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199)were lower in experimental group than those in control group(P<0.05),and the sleep quality score was better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment regimen of Tegafur combined with radiotherapy for patients with recurrent rectal cancer can significantly enhance the clinical efficacy,reduce the levels of serum CEA,CA242 and CA199,and improve the sleep quality of patients.
