成年鼾症与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征与心血管疾病标志物相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:分析成年鼾症与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征与心血管疾病标志物水平之间的相关性。方法:选取2019年1月至2021年1月三明市第二医院收治或体检的鼾症伴阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者96例为观察组,并根据呼吸暂停低通气指数分为轻、中、重3组,同期纳入30例健康体检者为对照组。对研究对象行多导睡眠监测以及血清学指标检测,分析检查结果之间的相关性。结果:与对照组比较,观察组患者平均血氧饱和度、最低血氧饱和度、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平显著降低(P<0.05),呼吸最长暂停时间显著延长(P<0.05),白细胞介素-18(IL-18)与胰岛素氧生长因子-2(IGF-2)水平显著升高(P<0.05);IL-10水平与呼吸最长暂停时间呈负相关(r=-0.526,P<0.05),IL-18水平与呼吸最长暂停时间呈正相关(r=0.623,P<0.05),IGF-2与最低血氧饱和度呈负相关(r=-0.432,P<0.05)。结论:成年鼾症与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者在心血管疾病发病前即出现相关标志物异常改变,临床应予高度重视并积极采取针对性措施降低心血管疾病的发病率。Objective:To analyze the correlation between adult snoring and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome and cardiovascular disease marker levels.Methods:Ninety-six patients with snoring and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome who received treatment or physical examination in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were included in the observation group,and were divided into 3 groups according to the apnea hypopnea index,and 30 healthy physical examination subjects were included in the control group during the same period.The subjects were monitored by polysomnography and serological indicators,and the correlation between the results was analyzed.Results:Compared with control group,average blood oxygen saturation,minimum blood oxygen saturation,interleukin-10(IL-10)levels in observation group were significantly decreased,longest apnea time was significantly prolonged,interleukin-18(IL-18)and insulin-oxygen growth factor-2(IGF-2)levels were significantly increased,the differences were significant(P<0.05).IL-10 level was negatively correlated with the longest apnea time,IL-18 level was positively correlated with the longest apnea time,igF-2 level was negatively correlated with the lowest blood oxygen saturation(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Adult patients with snoring and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome showed abnormal changes in related markers before cardiovascular disease,which clinical attention should be paid and targeted measures should be taken to reduce the incidence of cardiovascular diseases.
