皮质下缺血性脑血管病患者的睡眠质量与认知功能、抑郁的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:分析皮质下缺血性脑血管病患者睡眠质量及与认知功能、抑郁的相关性。方法:选取2017年5月至2019年3月德州市陵城区人民医院神经内科收治的皮质下缺血性脑血管病患者150例作为观察组,另选取健康体检对象100例作为对照组。比较2组的一般资料、睡眠质量、认知功能与抑郁评分,分析其相关性。结果:经Pearson相关性分析,主观睡眠质量与视空间与执行功能呈负相关,与BDI评分成正相关(P<0.05);日间功能紊乱与MoCA总分、视空间与执行功能、延迟回忆呈负相关,与BDI评分成正相关(P<0.05)。结论:皮质下缺血性脑血管病患者睡眠质量差,与认知功能下降、抑郁密切相关。Objective:To analyze the relationship between sleep quality and cognitive function and depression in patients with subcortical ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods:A comparative study selected the general information,sleep quality,cognitive function and depression scores of 150 patients with subcortical ischemic cerebrovascular disease and 100 healthy subjects,and their correlations.Results:According to Pearson correlation analysis,subjective sleep quality was negatively correlated with visual space and executive function,and positively correlated with BDI score(P<0.05);daytime dysfunction was correlated with MoCA total score,visual space and executive function,delayed recall Negative correlation,positive correlation with BDI score(P<0.05).Conclusion:The poor sleep quality of patients with subcortical ischemic cerebrovascular disease is closely related to cognitive decline and depression.
