摘 要:针对地铁车辆轴温实时监测系统自供能的问题,文中提出了一种新型悬浮磁体结构的双自由度轨道车辆轴箱振动能量采集器,以便将车辆轴箱工作环境中存在的振动能转换为电能。基于机械集总系统模型和机电耦合模型,通过多物理场耦合构建了双自由度振动能量采集器有限元模型。加入内圈辐射充磁磁体,设计了新型悬浮磁体结构,并研究了在简谐激励下振动能量采集器的输出特性。与铜块-永磁体复合式悬浮磁体结构相比,该结构输出性能提高了165%,俘能系统峰值输出电流为63.0 mA,峰值功率为13.22 mW。文中研究内容为提升磁悬浮式振动能量采集器的响应特性和输出性能提供了理论支撑。In view of the self-supplying problem of the real-time monitoring system of railway vehicle axle temperature,this study proposes a new type of double-degree-of-freedom vibration energy harvester of railway vehicle axle box with suspended magnet structure.The proposed harvester can be used to convert the vibration energy existing in the working environment of the vehicle axle box into electrical energy.Based on the mechanical lumped system model and the electromechanical coupling model,the finite element model of the double-degree-of-freedom vibration energy harvester is constructed through multi-physics coupling.A new type of suspension magnet structure is designed by adding the inner ring radiating magnetizing magnet,and the output characteristics of the vibration energy harvester under harmonic excitation are studied.Compared with the copper block-permanent magnet composite suspension magnet structure,the output performance of the proposed structure is increased by 165%.The peak output current of the energy harvester system is 63.0 mA and the peak power is 13.22 mW.This research provides theoretical guidance for improving the response characteristics and output performance of the magnetic levitation vibration energy harvester.
