摘　　要：目的研究快速头颅MRI指导的静脉溶栓短期预后的危险因素。方法分析484例快速头颅MRI指导的静脉溶栓的急性脑梗死的患者,分为预后良好组和预后不良组,明确快速头颅MRI指导的静脉溶栓预后不良的危险因素。结果静脉溶栓后第7天,预后良好组与预后不良组之间年龄、短暂性脑缺血发作样发病和高血压之间有明显差异(P<0.05),多因素回归分析显示两组间高血压有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论高血压是急性缺血性卒中快速MRI指导的静脉溶栓短期预后的危险因素。Objective This study aimed to identify risk factors of short-term prognosis after fast magnetic resonance imaging-based intravenous thrombolysis in acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods 484 Patients with AIS who received fast magnetic resonance imaging-based intravenous thrombolysis from June 2012 to December 2018 were retrospectively reviewed.The patients were divided into a favorable prognosis group and poor prognosis group.Demographic information and clinical data of all patients were collected and analyzed to identify the risk factor of prognosis after fast magnetic resonance imaging-based intravenous thrombolysis.Results After 7 days of treatment,261 cases had a favorable prognosis and 223 cases had a poor prognosis.There were significant differences in age,transient ischemic attack-like onset and hypertension between the favorable prognosis and poor prognosis groups(P <0.05),and multivariate analysis showed significant differences in hypertension(P <0.05).Conclusion Hypertension is the risk factor for the short-term prognosis after fast magnetic resonance imaging-based intravenous thrombolysis in AIS.
