摘 要:理论与实验、专业与学科前沿相结合是目前化工教学的一大趋势。该研究以氧化镍(NiO)/氧化锌(ZnO)复合材料为研究对象,探索了气敏材料的制备、气敏元件的组装和气敏性能的测试分析。在气敏测试过程中,考察了温度、目标气体乙醇浓度对气敏性能的影响。实验难度适中,贴近科学前沿,可以让学生体验一个综合性的实验过程。且此研究将理论与实践相结合,通过ZnO在不同环境中的电学性质的变化,可使学生切实地了解材料的特性、传感器的工作原理,有利于激发学生的科研兴趣,培养学生的科研实践能力。The combination of theory and experiment, professional and subject frontier is a major trend in chemical engineering teaching. The research takes nickel oxide(NiO)/zinc oxide(ZnO) composite material as the research object, and explores the preparation of gas-sensitive materials, the assembly of gas-sensitive components, and the test and analysis of gas-sensitive performance. During the gas sensitivity test, the influence of temperature and target gas concentration on the gas sensitivity of the catalyst was investigated. The experiment is of moderate difficulty and closes to the frontier of science, allowing students to experience a comprehensive experimental process. In addition, this research combines theory and practice. Through the changes in the electrical properties of ZnO in different environments, students can truly understand the characteristics of chemical materials and the working principles of sensors, which is conducive to stimulating students’ interests in scientific research and cultivating students’ scientific research practical ability.
