摘 要:化工类职业教育对设施设备、师资力量、实训条件等依赖性高,单一的院校式教育难以满足企业应用型人才培养的需求。集团化办学通过整合院校、企业、政府等多个主体的资源,能有效解决办学条件不足问题,增强人才培养深度与广度,提升学生实践能力,契合社会企业的人才需要。同时集团化办学也需要遵循教育规律,以合作共享、协同互助为基础,真正打通产教结合、校企协同的阻塞,才能更好地起到提升和促进人才培养质量的作用。Chemical vocational education is highly dependent on facilities and equipment, teachers, and training conditions, and a single college-style education cannot meet the needs of applied talent training of enterprises. By integrating the resources of universities, enterprises, and the government, group-based school running can effectively solve the problem of insufficient conditions for running a school, enhance the depth and breadth of talent training, and enhance students’ practical ability to meet the talent needs of social enterprises. But at the same time, group-based school running also needs to follow the laws of education, and based on cooperation,sharing, and mutual assistance, to truly break through the blockage of industry-education integration and schoolenterprise collaboration, in order to better improve and promote the quality of talent training.
