摘　　要：目的探究分析介入治疗联合三维适形放射治疗对原发性肝癌的临床疗效。方法将我院于2019年1月至2021年1月肿瘤介入科收治的50例原发性肝癌患者纳入本组研究,按照随机数字表法将其均分为两组,并对其展开不同治疗方式的分组调研。对照组(25例)患者,采取三维适形放射治疗,观察组(25例)患者,采取介入治疗联合三维适形放射治疗。结果①观察组的临床总体治疗有效率高于对照组;②观察组治疗后,其各项肝功能指标改善优于对照组;③观察组治疗后,其EORTC QLQ-C30生活质量评分低于对照组,KPS机体功能状态评分高于对照组;④两组不良副反应率均较低。以上数据除不良副反应率之外,其他数据经分析对比均显示(P<0.05)。结论对原发性肝癌患者采取介入治疗联合三维适形放射治疗能够取得显著疗效,可更快稳定患者病情,改善其肝功能,提高生活质量。Objective To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of interventional therapy combined with threedimensional conformal radiotherapy for primary liver cancer.Methods Fifty patients with primary liver cancer in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were included in this study,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(25 cases)were treated with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy,and the observation group(25 cases)were treated with interventional therapy combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy.Results①The overall clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;②After treatment,the improvement of liver function indexes of the observation group was better than that of the control group;③After treatment,the EORTC QLQ-C30 quality of life score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the KPS functional state score was higher than that of the control group;④The adverse reaction rates of the two groups were low.In addition to the adverse reaction rate,other data were analyzed and compared(P<0.05).Conclusion Interventional therapy combined with threedimensional conformal radiotherapy for patients with primary liver cancer can achieve significant curative effect,stabilize the patient’s condition faster,improve the liver function and improve the quality of life.
