摘　　要：临床溃疡性结肠炎属于复杂因素所产生的反复性结肠或直肠慢性特殊性或溃疡性病变,该病症通常与克罗恩病症属于同类型肠道病症,患者可见多症状病症表现,病症迁延情况下无法获得有效的治疗效果,即便治愈,预后也具有较高的复发率,藉由长期病症影响,患者可能伴各类负面情绪同时产生,严重情况下可同时伴精神类病症产生。临床针对溃疡性结肠炎病症治疗主要以皮质类固醇激素、氨基水杨酸类药物以及免疫抑制剂作为主要治疗用药,且药物在一定程度上可改善患者病症表现,但部分药物在远期疗效方面效果欠佳,同时存在明显的复发性和不良反应表现。即便通过手术对溃疡性结肠炎患者进行治疗,仍会对患者的预后生活质量产生明显影响。本文依照朱西杰教授溃疡性结肠炎经验分析,依照自拟复方蜥蜴散并根据药物加减对患者进行治疗,为其进行经验总结分析。Clinical ulcerative colitis is a type of recurrent specific chronic inflammatory disease and ulcerative disease of the colon and rectum caused by unknown factors.The disease is the same as Crohn’s disease and belongs to the intestinal inflammatory disease(IBD).It can be seen that the symptoms of multi-symptomatic symptoms can not be effective when the symptoms are protracted.Even if cured,the prognosis has a high recurrence rate.Due to the effects of long-term symptoms,patients may be accompanied by various negative emotions at the same time.Accompanied by mental illness.The clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis disease mainly uses corticosteroids,aminosalicylic acid drugs and immunosuppressants as the main therapeutic drugs,and the drugs can improve the performance of patients to a certain extent,but some drugs are effective in long-term efficacy.It is not good,and there are obvious recurrence and adverse reactions at the same time.Even if a patient with ulcerative colitis is treated by surgery,it will still have a significant impact on the patient’s prognostic quality of life.This article is based on the experience analysis of Professor Zhu Xi-jie’s ulcerative colitis,the self-made compound lizard powder and the treatment of patients according to the addition and subtraction of drugs,and the experience summary analysis for them.
