摘 要:为提高混合运输机场运行效率,综合运输与训练飞行混合运行特点,提出了混合运输机场跑道服务能力评估模型。该模型考虑了不同类型航空器的性能特点以及空中交通管制规则,将运输与训练航空器的起降过程以及训练科目的跑道占用时间分类细化。运用Anylogic软件进行仿真,以起降比例、训练科目比例和运输训练飞行比例作为关键参数,得出混合运输机场跑道服务能力变化趋势。仿真结果表明:进离港高峰期应增加触地拉升科目,可使跑道服务能力提升约6%;离港高峰期应减少训练飞行起飞科目,将起飞航空器比例控制在20%~50%;进港高峰期应利用跑道使用间隔进行训练飞行起飞科目,可使跑道服务能力提升约18%。仿真结果与实际运行过程相符,可为混合运输机场未来提升跑道服务能力提供一定参考。In order to improve the running efficiency of the airport with mixed transportation,it is suggested with a runway service capacity evaluation model for the airport with mixed transportation combined with the running features of transportation and the training flight.With the consideration of the performance characteristics of different types of aircraft and the air traffic control rules,there is a classification on the takeoff and landing process of transportation and the training flight and the runway occupation time of training subjects in the model.Using Anylogic software for simulation,taking the take-off and landing ratio,training subject ratio and transportation training flight ratio as key parameters,the change trend of runway service capacity of mixed transportation airport was obtained.The simulation result shows that the ratio of touch&go subject should be raised in the peak of departure and arrival so as to increase the runway service capacity by 6%approximately.The takeoff subject of training flight should be reduced in the peak of departure,and the takeoff ratio of aircraft should be controlled to be 20%~50%.The takeoff subject of training flight should be carried out during the interval of the runway in the peak of arrival so as to increase the runway service capacity by 18%approximately.The simulation results are consistent with the actual operation process,which can provide a certain reference for improving the runway service capacity of hybrid transport airport in the future.
