朝阳市餐饮服务单位合格碘盐覆盖率及重点人群碘营养调查

摘　　要：目的了解朝阳市居民在外就餐的餐饮服务单位合格碘盐覆盖率及重点人群碘营养情况,为保证居民食用合格碘盐,评价碘缺乏病防制效果提供依据。方法选城市和农村2个县区,每个县区按不同方位抽取5个乡镇街道,采集餐饮服务单位盐样进行检测。全市7个县(市、区)分别按不同方位采集8~10岁儿童和孕妇家中盐样及其随意一次尿样进行检测。结果餐饮服务单位合格碘盐覆盖率、盐碘中位数分别为99.2%、26.2 mg/kg。儿童盐碘、尿碘中位数、合格碘盐食用率、甲状腺肿大率分别为23.3 mg/kg、204.1μg/L、95.1%、0.3%。孕妇盐碘、尿碘中位数、合格碘盐食用率分别为23.7 mg/kg、154.1μg/L、93.4%。结论朝阳市农村和城市餐饮服务单位合格碘盐覆盖率以及重点人群各项指标全部达到国家碘缺乏病消除评价标准。Objective To understand the coverage rate of qualified iodized salt in catering service units of Chaoyang residents dining out and the iodine nutrition survey of key population, so as to ensure that residents eat qualified iodized salt and provide basis for evaluation of the prevention and control effect of iodine deficiency disorders(IDD).Methods Two counties, urban and rural, were selected.In each county, 5 towns and streets were selected according to different directions to collect salt samples from catering service units for testing.Family salt samples and casual urine samples of 8-10-year-old children and pregnant women were collected and tested from different directions in 7 counties and cities of Chaoyang City.Results The coverage rate of qualified iodized salt and median of salt iodine in catering service units were 99.2% and 26.2 mg/kg, respectively.The median of salt iodine, urine iodine, qualified iodized salt consumption rate and goiter rate were 23.3 mg/kg, 204.1 μg/L,95.1%,and 0.3%,respectively.The median salt iodine, urine iodine and qualified iodized salt consumption rate of pregnant women were 23.7 mg/kg, 154.1 μg/L,and 93.4%,respectively.Conclusion The coverage rate of qualified iodized salt in rural and urban catering service units and the indexes of key population in Chaoyang City all reach the national evaluation standard for the elimination of IDD.
