摘　　要：从"以劳易劳""以劳易物"到"以劳易资",劳动属性发生了革命性变化。数字时代有更加多样的劳动形态,零工劳动只是人尽其力的一种方式。提供劳动机会,让人们都有机会参加劳动,是数字时代社会发展最大的积极面向。数字时代的零工劳动在工厂化之外,也让劳动者重新获得支配劳动的自主、自在、自由。在中国文化里,勤劳是人尽其力的实践形态,是尊严的来源。勤劳的内涵不同,尊严的获取路径也大不相同。让劳动不只获得货币报酬,还依然享有尊严是数字时代的难题,数字时代同时赋予个体劳动者和数字平台企业获取尊严的工具。与此同时,倡导劳动光荣也是数字时代的命题,躺平绝不是获得人之尊严的路径;当然,劳动的尊严也是"不躺平"的逻辑前提。From“ labor for labor”,“ labor for goods” to“ labor for capital”, the attribute of labor has undergone revolutionary changes. In the digital age, there are more diverse forms of labor, and gig labor is only a way for people to do their best. Providing labor opportunities for people to participate is the biggest positive aspect of social development in the digital age. The gig jobs in the digital age enable workers to regain the autonomy and freedom to dominate their labor. In Chinese culture, diligence is the practice form of people doing their best and the source of dignity. is a difficult problem in the digital age to not only let labor get monetary reward, but also let labor enjoy dignity. In the digital age, it is necessary to give both individual workers and digital platform enterprises the tools to obtain dignity. At the same time, advocating labor glory is also the proposition of the digital age. Lying flat is by no means the path to dignity. Of course, the dignity of labor is also the logical premise of not lying flat.
