生蒲黄汤联合驻景方加减治疗痰瘀互结型湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨生蒲黄汤联合驻景方加减在痰瘀互结型湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性(AMD)治疗中的效果。方法:75例痰瘀互结型湿性AMD患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=38)和观察组(n=37)。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用生蒲黄汤联合驻景方加减常规治疗,治疗时间为2个月。比较两组临床疗效、黄斑厚度和最佳矫正视力。结果:观察组治疗总有效率91.89%,高于对照组60.53%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2个月后,观察组黄斑厚度低于对照组,最佳矫正视力高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:生蒲黄汤联合驻景方加减治疗可降低湿性AMD患者黄斑厚度,改善视力水平,提高治疗效果。Objective: To investigate the effects of modified Cattail Pollen decoction combined with modified Zhujing formula in the treatment of patients with wet age-related macular degeneration(AMD)of interlaced phlegm and blood stasis. 75 AMD patients of interlaced phlegm and blood stasis were randomized into two groups, with 38 cases in the control group and 37 cases in the observation group. The control group received conventional treatment, while the observation group adopted the treatment of modified Cattail Pollen decoction combined with modified Zhujing formula. The treatment for both groups lasted for 2 months. Then, the clinical efficacy, the macular thickness and the best corrected visual acuity were compared between patients in both groups. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.89%, which was higher than 60.53% in the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05);After 2 months’ treatment, the macular thickness of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, but the best corrected visual acuity was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Modified Cattail Pollen decoction combined with modified Zhujing formula can reduce the macular thickness, improve visual acuity and therapeutic effect in patients with wet AMD.
