摘 要:院校认证、专业认证、社会排名、内部自评等不同的评估形式构成了美国博士生教育质量评估系统。本文通过对美国博士生教育质量评估系统结构功能的分析,发现系统要素内外结合,层次分明的组合保证了结构的合理性,要素之间的合作制约保证了系统的协调运行,不同评估形式的功能互补保证了系统整体功能的有效发挥。The quality of doctoral education is directly related to the improvement of national innovation and international competitiveness.For this reason,doctoral education,which is at the top of academic education,has become the focus of all countries in the world,and the evaluation of doctoral education quality has also become a global hot topic.The American doctoral education quality assessment system consists of institutional evaluation,program review,social ranking and internal self-review.This paper studies the structure and function of the system and draws the following conclusions:First,the rationality of the system structure resulted from the perfect combination of the assessment from external,internal in horizontal,national,institution and program and individual in vertical;Second,the functional harmony owes to the cooperation and restraints of the system essentials.The functional effectiveness of the system comes from the mutual makeup of the different reviews in function.
