摘　　要：单体多院区模式是公立医院未来发展的方向。此研究选取安徽省妇幼保健院为研究对象,从系统论视角,按照系统思维,从系统的层次性、整体性及动态性等方面对单体多院区管理模式进行探索和实践,为后疫情时代卫生行政部门、妇幼保健机构及综合医院等对单体多院区管理提供借鉴。One hospital with multi-district model may be the future development direction of public hospitals.The paper takes Province Maternal and Child Health Hospital as an example,From the perspective of system theory,in accordance with the system thinking,from the level of the system,integrity,dynamics and other aspects of the single multi-hospital area management model to explore and practice,it can be used for reference by Health Administration Department,Maternal and Child Health Care Institution and General Hospital in the post-epidemic era.
