摘 要:变频器是一种通过控制频率和电压来改变电动机旋转速度的控制电气设备,可以在运行过程中对电机转速进行连续的调节,从而保证机泵压力、转速等参数的稳定,保障工业机泵正常运行,大大提高电机的工作效率。另外变频技术还可以有效节约能源、降低消耗、减少污染,在能源化工、钢铁、炼化等工业生产中发挥重大作用。文章从变频器的工作原理、分类选型、应用趋势等方面进行分析研究,为变频器的日常应用提供理论和实践指导。Frequency converter is a kind of control electrical equipment that changes the rotation speed of motor by controlling frequency and voltage. It can continuously adjust the motor speed during operation, so as to ensure the stability of pump pressure,speed and other parameters, ensure the normal operation ofindustrial pump and greatly improve the working efficiency of motor.In addition, frequency conversion technology can also effectively save energy, reduce consumption and reduce pollution. It has extremely important application value in current industrial production. This paper analyzes and studies the working principle,classification and selection and application trend of frequency converter, so as to provide theoretical and practical guidance for the daily application of frequency converter.
