摘　　要：生活服务型共享经济与民生紧密联系,供需双边的有效参与对其高质量发展具有积极意义。以生活服务型共享经济为研究视域,以其供需双边的有效参与为研究对象,讨论了共享经济实现稳定发展的前因机制。采用结构方程模型对调查数据进行实证分析后发现:供需双边参与者所感知的绩效期望、易用预期、社会影响是生活服务型共享经济得以持续稳定发展的关键性促进因素,且绩效期望在此过程中起部分中介作用;其感知成本与感知风险则可视为干扰性因素;供给侧所感知的便利条件相较于需求侧而言,其促进效应则更为明显。推动共享经济在实现高质量发展的基础上加速新发展格局实现进程,应进一步落实其运营与社保措施、畅通反馈与维权渠道,以强化共享经济社会责任担当;业态环境的维护亟需加大协同治理与区块链技术的配合力度;算法与功能的最优化配置,可进一步扩大自身智能化优势。The life-service-sharing economy is closely related to people’s livelihood.For its high-quality development,the effective participation of both supply and demand sides has positive significance.Taking such economy as the research horizon and the effective participation of both supply and demand sides as the research object,this study discusses the antecedent mechanism of the stable development of sharing economy.After an empirical analyze is made on survey data by using the structural equation model,it is founded:The performance expectancy,expected usability and social influence as perceived by participants from both supply and demand sides are the key facilitating factors for the sustainable and stable development of the life-service-sharing economy,while performance expectancy would play part of the intermediary role in this process;the perceived costs and perceived risk can be regarded as interfering factors;Compared with the demand side,the facilitating conditions perceived by the supply side have a more obvious promoting effect.In order to accelerate the realization of new development pattern on the basis of high-quality development of sharing economy,it is necessary to implement operational and social security measures and smooth the channels of feedback and rights protection,so as to strengthen the social responsibility of sharing economy;the maintenance of the business environment needs to strengthen the coordination between collaborative governance and blockchain technology;the optimal configuration of algorithm and function can further enlarge its intelligence advantage.
