摘 要:大型航天器地面支持设备是航天器在总装或部装阶段的重要设备。随着航天事业的迅速发展,采用传统的设计手段将带来大量实际问题,进而产生生产效率低下和研制经费浪费的现象。针对此类问题,以航天器地面支持设备架车为例,利用现代计算机技术搭建架车智能平台,缩短了架车的研制周期、降低了研制成本、稳定了产品质量,同时大大提高了生产力。通过该平台,设计和研制出一批合格的架车,也为进一步推动其他航天器地面支持设备智能平台搭建提供了宝贵经验。Large-scale spacecraft ground support equipment is an important piece of equipment during the final assembly or partial assembly phase of the spacecraft.With the rapid development of the aerospace industry,the use of traditional design methods will bring about a lot of practical problems,which will lead to low production efficiency and waste of research and development funds.In response to such problems,this article takes the spacecraft ground support equipment vehicle as an example,uses modern computer technology to build an intelligent platform for the vehicle,shortens the development cycle of the vehicle,reduces the development cost,stabilizes the product quality,and greatly improves the productivity.Through this platform,a batch of qualified vehicles has been designed and developed,which also provides valuable experience for further promoting the establishment of intelligent platforms for other spacecraft ground support equipment.
