先天性颅面畸形ICD-10编码分析

摘　　要：先天性颅面畸形种类繁多,编码容易混淆,根据ICD-10编码规则,针对临床上先天性颅面畸形常见类型,对颅缝早闭症及其导致畸形、颅面裂、面不对称、扁鼻、眶距增宽症、颅面短小症、颅面畸形相关综合征给出正确查找方法及编码,并进行案例分析。颅缝早闭症编码为Q75.0,三角头畸形编码为Q75.0,舟状头畸形编码为Q75.0,不伴突眼的尖头畸形编码为Q75.0,伴有突眼的尖头畸形编码为Q87.0,斜头畸形编码为Q67.3,小头畸形编码为Q02,颅面裂编码为Q75.8,面不对称编码为Q67.0,眶距增宽症编码为Q75.2,扁鼻编码为Q67.4,Crouzon综合征编码为Q75.1,Treacher-Collins综合征编码为Q75.4,第一二鳃弓综合征、Apert综合征、Carpenter综合征、隐眼-并指(趾)综合征、Goldenhar综合征、Moebius综合征、口-面-指综合征、吹口哨面容综合征、Robin综合征、Saethre-Chotzen综合征、哈勒曼-斯特雷夫综合征编码为Q87.0,Binder综合征编码为Q30.8,Down综合征根据具体分型选择编码Q90.-。编码员编码时要了解疾病内涵,根据ICD-10编码规则,对先天性颅面畸形进行判断并准确编码。There are many different kinds of congenital craniofacial malformation and coding easily confused,according to the rules of ICD-10 code, for clinical common types of congenital craniofacial malformation, of craniosynostosis disease and its cause deformity, craniofacial cleft, asymmetric, flat nose, orbital distance broadening, craniofacial short, craniofacial deformities related syndrome gives the correct search method and coding, and case analysis. Craniosynostosis was coded as Q75.0, triangular cephaly was coded as Q75.0, scaphoid cephaly was coded as Q75.0, trichocephaly was coded as Q87.0, oblique cephaly was coded as Q67.3,microcephaly was coded as Q02, and craniofacial cleft was coded as Q75.8. Facial asymmetry was encoded as Q67.0, orbital widening as Q75.2, flat nose as Q67.4, Crouzon syndrome as Q75.1, Treacher-Collins syndrome as Q75.4, First and second branchial arch syndrome, Apert syndrome, Carpenter syndrome, Cryptic eye syndesmoid(toe) syndrome, Goldenhar syndrome, Moebius syndrome, oral-facial-finger syndrome, Whistling face syndrome, Robin syndrome, Saethre-Chotzen syndrome, Halleman-Strey syndrome The encoding of HUSBAND syndrome is Q87.0, Binder syndrome is Q30.8, and Down syndrome is Q90.-according to the specific classification. Coders should understand the connotation of the disease when coding, and judge and code the congenital craniofacial malformation accurately according to ICD-10 coding rules.
