高褶虹膜的研究进展

摘　　要：原发性闭角型青光眼是亚洲人青光眼的主要类型,高褶虹膜则是其非瞳孔阻滞机制的重要一种。随着研究的不断进展,高褶虹膜从其概念的提出到逐渐明晰,再到其流行病学、发病机制、诊断和治疗,被逐渐全面认识。本文从以上几方面对高褶虹膜进行系统综述,旨在深刻地理解高褶虹膜与闭角型青光眼的关系,为今后关于闭角型青光眼的临床治疗和研究提供参考。Primary angle closure glaucoma is the main type of glaucoma in Asia.Plateau iris is one of the important mechanisms of non-pupil block.After years of research,the concept of plateau iris has been gradually clarified,and its epidemiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment have been gradually recognized.The purpose of this review is to describe the relationship between plateau iris and angle closure glaucoma,and to provide reference for clinical treatment and research of angle closure glaucoma.
