摘　　要：目的:调查分析2020年四川省放射治疗单位信息情况。方法:采用线上调研问卷填写和线下复核相结合的方式,共调研了四川省内除阿坝州外的85家放疗单位。调研内容包含放疗单位一般信息、放疗人员配置、放疗设备配置和放疗技术开展情况四个方面。结果:本次调查结果显示,四川省放疗单位数量、放疗工作人员数量、放疗计划系统、放疗机尤其是加速器数量都比2014年调研数据有所增长,超过了全国同期调查的增速水平。每百万人口拥有加速器1.26台,仍低于全国平均水平。物理师与放疗医师的比值较2014年有所提升,技师的中高级职称人员占比较低。全省放疗治疗技术正稳步提升,中高端技术的开展比例均有所增加。结论:四川省放射治疗在规模和水平上处于不断发展进步的状态,逐步接近全国平均水平,仍需广大放疗同仁继续努力。Objective:To investigate and analyze radiotherapy services in Sichuan Province in 2020.Methods:A total of 85 radiotherapy services in Sichuan Province except Ngawa(Aba)Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture were surveyed with online questionnaires and offline review.The survey covered general information,staff,equipment and technology.Results:Compared to the data in 2014,2020 saw increases in number of radiotherapy services,staff,and machines,as well as development in radiotherapy technologies in Sichuan Province,reporting a more optimistic results than other surveys in the same period.However,1.26 medical accelerators per million population was still below the national average.The ratio of medical physicists to radiation oncologist increased compared to 2014,but the proportion of therapists with intermediate and senior professional titles was relatively low.Radiotherapy technologies in Sichuan Province steadily improved,and medium and high technologies were growingly put into practice.Conclusion:The radiotherapy service in Sichuan Province has been progressing in both scale and level,and gradually approaches the national average,appealing for continued efforts from all colleagues in this sector.
