摘 要:目前对于宫颈癌患者,行放射治疗最常应用的是具有较高精度技术的调强放疗(intensity modulatedra diotheraphy,IMRT),而在实际的治疗过程中会存在不同程度的摆位误差影响靶区及周围正常组织剂量,增加肿瘤局部复发率和放疗相关并发症,降低其治疗效果。所以,IMRT对摆位重复性及准确性要求极高,如何监测和减少摆位误差成了研究热点。近年来,由于多种放疗技术和方法的应用,使得摆位误差得到较好控制。本文将对各种最新技术和方法在摆位误差方面的改进研究进行概述,希望临床能广泛应用,进一步减少摆位误差,提高放疗的精确度,从而提高治疗效果。At present,the most commonly used radiotherapy for patients with cervical cancer is intensity modulated radiotheraphy( IMRT),a highly precise technology. Varying degrees of positioning errors,however,affect the dose of targets and adjacent normal tissue,increase the local recurrence rate and radiotherapy-related complications,and reduce the therapeutic effect. Therefore,high repeatability and accuracy in positioning are required in the practice in IMRT. How to monitor and reduce setup errors has become a research hotspot. In recent years,positioning errors have been well controlled by using multiple radiation therapies. This article will summarize the latest technologies and methods advances in controlling positioning errors,aiming for a widespread use in clinic,thereby reducing positioning errors and improving the accuracy and therapeutic effect of radiotherapy.
