《针灸甲乙经》对《内经》针刺“治神”思想的阐发及后世医家传承浅析

摘　　要：通过对《内经》《针灸甲乙经》原文及其相关文献的整理,从"针前审神""针时治神""针后守神""针毕养神"等针刺全过程,挖掘、探究其针刺重神理论的内涵与意义,以及针刺重神理论的具体运用方法。并通过比对《针灸甲乙经》记载的针刺"治神"内容,整理出其对《内经》针刺"治神"思想的传承及遗失。考读当代李长俊、郑魁山、王启才等医家临床治神经验,阐释当代名医对《内经》针刺"治神"思想的应用发挥,进一步论述治神是针刺的基本原则,及其在针刺过程中的核心地位,为后世学者对针刺"治神"思想的理论研究及临床应用扩展思路,旨在提高当前针灸临床疗效。Through sorting out the original texts and relevant documents of the Huangdi Neijingand A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,this paper excavates and explores the connotation and significance of the theory of acupuncture focusing on the spirit,as well as the specific application methods of the theory of acupuncture focusing on the spirit,from the whole process of acupuncture,such as“examining the spirit before the needle”,“curing the spirit while the needle”,“guarding the spirit after the needle”and“nourishing the spirit after the needle”.By comparing the A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,the inheritance and loss of the thought of acupuncture and moxibustion in the Classic of Neijingare summarized.Test read contemporary Li Changjun and Zheng Kuishan,Wang Qicai and other physicians clinical cure experience,interpretation of the contemporary famous doctor of acupuncture in neijing,Zhi Shen application,further discusses the god is the basic principles of acupuncture cure,and its core status in acupuncture process,to the later scholars to acupuncture Zhi Shen in the future theoretical research and clinical application of extended thinking,To improve the current clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion.
