摘　　要："医门八法"之汗、和、下、消、吐、清、温、补出自清代程国彭撰著的《医学心悟》,辨证论治是中医的精髓,"医门八法"上承辨证、下统方药,是至关重要的一环,"医门八法"对中医治法给予了概括性总结,其详细阐述多直接引用仲景治法,且以伤寒方药为依据,体现了程氏对仲景学说的继承。"医门八法"首创简便的辨治体系,是对《伤寒杂病论》治法治则的凝练与提高,起着执简驭繁、提纲掣领之功用,更是对仲景学说的创新和发展,为后世所推崇。从医者需领悟仲景治法之深意,掌握"八法"之精奥,师其法而不泥其方。分析"医门八法"在《伤寒杂病论》中的基本运用及其特点,供同道参考。The Eight Methods of Medicine of sweat,harmony,lowering,elimination,vomiting,clearing,warming,and replenishment are derived from Medical Enlightenment by Qing Cheng Guopeng.Syndrome differentiation and treatment are the essence of traditional Chinese medicine,and its treatment method inherits syndrome differentiation.The Eight Methods of Medicine provides a general summary of the treatment of Chinese medicine.The detailed explanations are mostly based on Zhang Zhongjing treatment and in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases prescriptions,which reflects Cheng Guopeng inheritance of Zhang Zhongjing’s theory.The first simple differentiation and treatment system of the Eight Methods of Medicine is a condensing and improvement of the treatment rules of Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases.It has the function of concluding and controlling the complexity and guiding the outline.It is also the innovation and development of Zhongjing theory.Medical practitioners must be able to comprehend the profound meaning of Zhang Zhongjing’s treatment,master the essence of the eight methods,and learn from the methods but not the prescriptions.It briefly analyzes the basic application and characteristics of the Eight Methods of Medicine in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases for reference.
