摘　　要：以阻尼乳胶T-1、T-2为成膜物质,通过添加绢云母、多腔阻燃刚性填料、石墨烯和其他功能性助剂,制备出阻尼性能优异的快干水性环保轻量化阻尼涂料。研究了2种乳胶共混比例、功能性填料、颜基比和棉绒纤维对漆膜性能的影响。结果表明:乳胶T-1、T-2按质量比1∶1共混,添加功能性填料多腔阻燃刚性填料、绢云母、硅藻土、高岭土、石墨烯、棉绒纤维,颜基比为2.5时,漆膜阻尼性能优异,干膜密度1.0 g/cm^(3),18 h完全固化干燥,且湿膜经120℃高温烤干,漆膜不膨胀、不开裂,抗开裂性能佳,已成功应用在国内铁路客车上。A fast-drying waterborne environmentally friendly lightweight damping coatings with excellent damping properties was prepared by use of damping Latex T-1 and T-2 as film-forming substances,and sericite,multi-cavity flame-retardant rigid and graphene as fillers and other functional additives.The effects of the blending ratio of the two latexes,functional fillers,pigment/binder ratio and lint fiber on the coatings film properties were studied.The results showed that a formulation with latex T-1 and T-2(mass ratio of 1∶1),and functional fillers,such as multi-cavity flame-retardant rigid fillers,sericite,diatomite,kaolin,graphene,cotton lint fiber(pigment/binder ratio 2.5)could provide the coatings film excellent damping performance.The coatings film could be fully cured and dried in 18 h with the dry film density 1.0 g/cm3.and the wet film could be baked at a high temperature of 120℃,without any film swelling or cracking,leading good crack resistance performance.It has been successfully applied on domestic railway passenger cars.
