摘  要:目的探讨"多模态影像融合+增强现实技术"结合基于问题的学习教学模式在神经外科住院医师规范化培训临床教学中的应用效果。方法西安交通大学第一附属医院40名神经外科专业住院医师规范化培训学员,随机被分为试验组和对照组,每组各20人;试验组采用"多模态影像融合+增强现实技术"结合基于问题的学习教学模式,对照组采用基于问题的学习教学方式;通过问卷调查、理论知识考核以及模拟手术方案规划进行教学效果评估。结果试验组有20名(100%)学员、对照组有15名(75%)学员认为所在组采用的教学模式有助于激发学习兴趣;试验组有19名(95%)学员、对照组有10名(50%)学员认为所在组的教学模式对提高手术方案规划能力及手术操作能力具有很大帮助;在模拟手术方案规划评价中,试验组有15名(75%)学员、对照组有5名(25%)学员达到优秀。以上结果两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 "多模态影像融合+增强现实技术"结合基于问题的学习教学模式在神经外科专业住院医师规范化培训临床教学中具有一定优势,可作为一种有益探索,为神经外科临床教学模式改良提供新的思路。Objective To discuss the application effect of "multi-modality image fusion and augmented reality(MMIF)" combining Problem-based learning(PBL) in standardized training of neurosurgery residents. Methods 40 neurosurgery residents were randomly divided into the experi-mental group and the control group, with 20 residents in each. MMIF combining PBL teaching method was adapted in the teaching of the experimental group, while the control group used PBL teaching method. Teaching effect was evaluated through questionnaire survey, theoretical know-ledge assessment and simulated surgical planning. Results 20 students(100%) in the experi-mental group and 15 students(75%) in the control group think that the teaching mode adopted by their group is helpful to stimulate learning interest. 19 students(95%) in the experimental group and 10 students(50%) in the control group believe that the teaching mode of their group is very helpful to improve the ability of surgical planning and operation. In the evaluation of simulated surgical planning, 15 students(75%) in the experimental group and 5 students(25%) in the control group achieved excellent results. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion MMIF combining PBL teaching method has significant advantages in clinical teaching of standarized training for neurosurgery residents, providing a new idea for reforming the clinical teaching mode of neurosurgery.
