摘　　要：利伯兰自由共和国(Free Republic of Liverland)是世界上新成立的国家。这个微型国家位于美丽的多瑙河畔,在塞尔维亚和克罗地亚两国之间,占地700ha。地段上有大片森林覆盖,四周河流环绕,景色宜人。此外,在其南面10km的地方还有一块5ha的工业废弃地纳普雷达可(Napredak)。利伯兰的发展目标之一是数字国家,着力打造成自由比特币、区块链治理的地方。竞赛要求针对利伯兰进行国家空间的规划与设计。朱文一工作室提交了名为“赛博之地”的设计方案(图1-图8)。The Free Republic of Liverland is a newly establis-hed country in the world.This micronation is loca-ted on the beautiful Danube River,between Serbia and Croatia,covering an area of 700ha.The site is covered with large forests,surrounded by rivers,and the scenery is pleasant.In addition,there is a 5ha industrial wasteland,Napredak,10km to the south.One of Liberland's development goals is a digital country,and a place of free Bitcoin and blockchain governance.
