摘 要:目的:探索复发性流产(RSA)患者绒毛组织中miR-150、miR-155表达及与血管生成指标关系。方法:收集2019年3月-2020年6月本院收治的RSA患者60例为RSA组,同期人工流产终止妊娠的早孕孕妇60例为对照组。检测两组绒毛组织中miR-150、miR-155表达、促凋亡分子、抗凋亡分子及血管新生分子,并对miR-150、miR-155与血管生成指标行相关性分析。结果:RSA组miR-150表达高于对照组、miR-155低于对照组,且RSA组中流产≥4次患者miR-150表达高于流产3次患者,miR-155低于流产3次患者(均P<0.05);RSA组Bax、Bad、Fas、Fasl的mRNA及蛋白含量均高于对照组,Bcl-2、Bcl-xl的mRNA和蛋白含量均低于对照组,血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、缺氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1α)的mRNA和蛋白含量均低于对照组,可溶性血管内皮生长因子受体(sFlt-1)的mRNA和蛋白含量均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。Spearman相关性分析显示,Bax、Bad、Fas、Fasl、sFlt-1的mRNA含量、蛋白含量与miR-150呈正相关,与miR-155呈负相关(P<0.05);Bcl-2、Bcl-xl、VEGF、HIF-1α的mRNA含量、蛋白含量与miR-150呈负相关,与miR-155呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:RSA患者绒毛组织中miR150呈高表达,miR155呈低表达,miR150与血管生成呈负相关、miR155与血管生成呈正相关。Objective:To explore the expression of Mir-150 and Mir-155 in the villi tissue of women with recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA),and to study the expression of Mir-150 and Mir-155 relevant to the angiogenesis factor of the women.Methods:60 women with RSA from March 2019 to June 2020 were selected in study group,and 60 women with early abortion were selected in control group during the same period.The expressions of Mir-150,Mir-155,apoptosis-promoting molecules,anti-apoptotic molecules,and angiogenic molecules in the villi tissue of the women in the two groups were detected.And the levels of Mir-150,Mir-155,and angiogenic molecules in the villi of the women were compared between the two groups.Results:The expression of mir-150 of the women in the study group was significantly higher than that of the women in the control group,but the mir-155 expression of the women in the study group was significantly lower.In the study group,the expression of Mir-150 of the women with≥4 times of miscarriages was significantly higher than that of the women with<3 miscarriages,but the expression of mir-155 of the women with≥4 times of miscarriages was significantly lower than that of the women with<3 times of miscarriages(all P<0.05).The levels of mRNA and protein of Bax,Bad,Fas,Fasl,and the soluble vascular endothelial growth factor receptor(SFLT-1)of the women in the study group were significantly higher than those of the women in the control group,but the levels of mRNA and protein of Bcl-2,Bcl-XL,and the vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and hypoxia-inducible factor-1(HIF-1α)of the women in the study group were significantly lower than those of the women in the control group(all P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the levels of mRNA and protein of Bax,Bad,Fas,Fasl,and SFLT-1 of the women were positively correlated with their miR-150 level,but were negatively correlated with their miR-155 level(P<0.05),and the levels of mRNA and protein of Bcl-2,Bcl-XL,VEGF,and HIF-1αof the women were positively correla
