摘　　要：论述窦材学术思想形成的两大背景,即针砭时弊和承袭道家;在前人成果基础上进行对窦材学术思想补充扩展,增加了辨证论治、重视脉诊、针灸药并用的学术思想,以更加全面、客观地理解和继承其学术思想,指导临床。In this paper the author elaborated the two backgrounds of the formation of DOU Cai's academic thought,criticizing the current situation but aslo inheriting the Taoism;based on researchers on DOU Cai's academic thoughts,the author has supplemented and broadened the previous achievements,strength academic thoughts on syndrome differentiation for treatment,emphasis on pulse diagnosis,and combination of acupuncture and moxibustion and medicine,achieving a more comprehensive and objective understanding and inherit its academic thoughts,thus,guiding clinical practice in further.
