国省道道路改扩建总体设计分析与思考——以闽侯县国道G316线洪塘大桥至旗山大道段改扩建工程为例

摘　　要：随着城市的发展与外扩,交通功能单一的国道已经无法满足社会的需求,需要结合城市发展、地块规划、现状交通及特性等因素对国道提升改造。以福州闽侯县国道G316线洪塘大桥至旗山大道段改扩建工程为例,通过对规划土地利用和交通运输网络的分析,从道路功能、技术标准、断面布设、规划河道、地块衔接等角度阐述了改扩建设计方案,总结分析了国省道改扩建的设计要点,为类似项目提供参考经验。With the development and external expansion of a city,a highway with the single traffic function has been unable to meet the needs of the society.Required to combine the factors of city development,land planning,present traffic and characters,the highway is upgraded and reconstructed.Taking Hongtang Bridge-Qishan Avenue Section Reconstruction and Expansion Project in National Highway G316 in Minhou County of Fuzhou as an example,through the analysis on the planning of land utilization and transportation network,the reconstruction and expansion design scheme is expounded from the perspective of road functions,technical standards,section layout,planning river and land connection,and the design essentials of the national provincial highway reconstruction and expansion are summarized and analyzed,which can provide the reference and experience for the similar projects.
