摘　　要：在粤港澳大湾区的建设背景下,广州市属高职院校的发展迎来了新的契机,在跨境电商人才的培育上,也需要基于原有产业转型升级以及新型业态涌现的特点提高人才培育的针对性、适应性,而在跨境电商人才的培育上,创新实践基地是一个重点组成,对于学生综合能力的培育具有积极价值。本文以MBTI理论作为出发点,探讨基于MBTI理论下跨境电商人才培养创新实践基地的创设方式。In the context of the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the development of higher vocational colleges in Guangzhou has ushered in a new opportunity. The cultivation of cross-border e-commerce talents also needs to be based on the transformation and upgrading of the original industry and new business formats. The emerging characteristics improve the pertinence and adaptability of talent cultivation. In the cultivation of cross-border e-commerce talents, the innovative practice base is a key component, which has positive value for the cultivation of students’ comprehensive ability. This article uses MBTI theory as a starting point to discuss the creation of innovative practice bases for cross-border e-commerce talent training based on MBTI theory.
