跨文化视域下我国高职院校来华留学生思想政治教育研究

摘　　要：近些年来,我国高职院校招收留学生人数不断增加,教育管理水平取得了长足进步,但在留学生思想政治教育上仍存在着来华留学生思想政治跨文化意识不足、跨文化思想政治教育方式方法单一、思想政治教育师资队伍少而弱等问题。在跨文化视域下,加强我国高职院校来华留学生思想政治教育要在留学生思想政治教育中加强跨文化意识、进行"滴灌"式跨文化思想政治教育、加强留学生师资队伍建设等方面着手。In recent years, the number of international students enrolled in higher vocational colleges in our country has been increasing, and the level of education management has made some progress. However, in the ideological and political education of international students, there are still insufficient ideological and political cross-cultural awareness, single method of cross-cultural ideological and political education, ideological and political education teachers are small and weak. From a cross-cultural perspective, to strengthen the ideological and political education of foreign students in our country’s vocational colleges, we must strengthen cross-cultural awareness in the ideological and political education of foreign students, carry out "drip irrigation" cross-cultural ideological and political education, and strengthen the construction of foreign students’ faculty.
