摘  要:基于响应曲面法探究了马来酸酐浓度、四硼酸钠浓度和溶液静置时间对糠醇处理材吸湿性的影响。结果表明:(1)各因素对糠醇处理材吸湿性的影响程度为:四硼酸钠浓度>马来酸酐浓度>溶液静置时间。其中,四硼酸钠浓度和马来酸酐浓度具有显著性影响,且两者交互作用对吸湿率影响较大;溶液静置时间的影响不显著。(2)糠醇处理材的吸湿率随马来酸酐浓度增大,呈现先降低后升高的趋势;而四硼酸钠浓度增加,糠醇溶液虽然储存稳定性提高,但导致处理材吸湿性增大。(3)优化工艺条件为:马来酸酐浓度3.02%,四硼酸钠浓度1.03%,溶液静置时间3.8h。吸湿率的预测值与实验值误差约1%,预测效果较好。Based on response surface methodology,the effect of maleic anhydride(MAH)concentration,sodium tetraborate(ST)concentration and solution storage time on moisture adsorption(MA)of furfuryl alcohol(FA)treated wood was studied.The results showed that:(1)The influence of various factors on MA of FA treated wood was as follows:MAH>ST>solution storage time.MAH and ST concentration showed the significant effect,while the solution storage time showed little influence.(2)The MA of FA treated wood decreased first and then increased with the increase of MAH concentration.The stability time of FA solution increased with the increase of ST concentration,but the MA of treated wood increased with the increase of ST concentration.(3)The optimized conditions of FA modified wood were as follows:The concentration of MAH was 3.02%,the concentration of ST was 1.03%,and the solution storage time was 3.8 h.The predicted results are good for the error between the predicted value and the experimental value is only about 1%.
