摘 要:根据国家木工机械质量监督和出口重大技术要求,提出木工机械智能监督和远程检测技术相结合。通过对木工机械远程检测设备与控制需求分析,运用嵌入式技术、无线传输技术、远程控制技术和区块链技术,确立了基于区块链木工机械设备智能远程监控系统的研究方案,旨在实现木工机械检测的智能化,建立全国性木工机械远程智能检测研究平台。项目的实施将服务于地方和国家制造业升级转型的重大战略需求。According to the quality supervision of national woodworking machinery and export of major technical requirements,the combination of woodworking machinery intelligent supervision and remote detection technology were proposed.Based on the demand for remote detection and control analysis of woodworking machinery equipment,embedded technology,wireless transmission technology,remote control technology,and blockchain technology were used.The research scheme of intelligent remote monitoring system for woodworking machinery equipment based on block chain had been established.The aim was to realize the intellectualization of woodworking machinery inspection,and a national research platform for remote intelligent testing of woodworking machinery will be established.The implementation of the project will serve the major strategic needs of local and national manufacturing industry for upgrading and transformation.
