摘  要:文章基于在印刷过程中出现的滚筒不平衡现象,结合动平衡理论及有限元的相关理论的方法,分析有关印刷滚筒的动平衡问题,具体从建立几何模型、模态分析、支撑反力及离心力等内容入手。在具体研究分析中发现,滚筒具有非对称旋转体结构特点,容易出现剩余惯性。对此,文章分析模态和离心力,并尝试增加平衡棒,让滚筒能够保持基本平衡;根据滚筒平衡状态的表现确定质量区间,以实现合理简化数字模型。通过文章的分析,以期能够为实践生产人员保持滚筒动平衡状态提供数据参考。Based on the imbalance of the cylinder during printing, combined with the dynamic balance theory and finite element method, the article analyzes the dynamic balance of the printing cylinder, specifically from the establishment of geometric models, modal analysis, supporting reaction force and centrifugal force, etc. Start with the content. In the specific research and analysis, we noticed the structural characteristics of the asymmetric rotating body of the drum, which is prone to residual inertia. In this regard, analyze the modal and centrifugal force, and try to increase the balance bar, so that the drum can maintain the basic balance;determine the quality interval according to the performance of the drum balance state, in order to achieve a reasonable simplified digital model. It is hoped that through the analysis of the article, it can provide a data reference for the practical production personnel to maintain the dynamic balance of the drum.
