摘  要:怀来县有1200多年种植酿酒葡萄的历史,拥有得天独厚的自然气候和地理条件,以及良好的发展葡萄酒产业的产业基础优势,目前已成为全国主要葡萄酒生产基地之一。本文以长城葡萄酒基地发展模式为例,通过阐释怀来产区酿酒葡萄的相关发展历史,结合实际的自然与人文条件,简要描述目前5种不同的基地发展模式,并给出了规模化、集约化种植的发展战略,实现各模式的优势互补,使农民和企业实现双赢。并提出产-学-研相互结合的产销联合体,可减少成本、提高原料竞争力。本研究通过对怀来地区酿酒葡萄基地发展模式的研究,对调整怀来农业产业结构,促进地区经济发展具有深远意义,为怀来县葡萄酒产业良性健康发展提供战略思路,同时,对其他酿酒葡萄种植基地发展具有借鉴作用。Huailai County has a history of planting wine grapes for more than 1200 years,unique climate and geographical conditions,and good development basis for wine industry.At present,Huailai has become one of the main wine production bases in China.This paper takes the development pattern of the Great Wall Wine Base as an example to explain the development history of wine grapes in Huailai.Then,according to the actual natural conditions and human conditions,this paper introduces the current five different development patterns of wine grape planting base,and proposes the development strategy of large-scale and intensive cultivation,so as to complement the advantages of each pattern,and to let farmers and enterprises to achieve a win-win situation.Meanwhile,an association of production and marketing combining the industry with universities and research institutes is proposed,so that the cost of wine grape cultivation can be reduced,and the competitiveness of wine raw materials can be improved.This study is of great significance for the adjustment of the agricultural structure and the promotion of the economic development of Huailai,and has provided strategic ideas for the healthy development of Huailai wine industry.It also has some reference significance for other wine grape planting bases in China.
