摘  要:在城市地铁盾构隧道近距离侧穿高架桥桩基的过程中,极易造成地表下陷、桩基偏位,存在较大安全隐患。利用Midas GTS NX软件仿真盾构的隧道施工流程,对盾构掘进过程中地表下沉、桩基横向位移的变化规律作出了计算分析。数值计算结果显示,在单线隧洞施工过程中,地表沉降最大值出现在隧洞轴线以上的地表处,并向两端依次下降;双线隧洞施工过程中,地表沉降最大值出现在隧洞中间以上地表位置处;左右线隧道的连续施工导致了高架桥桩基产生侧向位移,桩顶和桩端也分别向接近和离开隧道的方向产生了偏离;盾构掘进参数,以及隧洞和桩基之间的间距是影响桩基偏位大小的首要因素。It is very easy to cause surface subsidence and pile foundation deviation during the construction of close side crossing viaduct pile foundation of urban metro shield tunnel,which is with great potential safety hazards.The tunnel construction process of shield is simulated by utilizing the Midas GTS NX software,and the variation laws of surface subsidence and lateral displacement of pile foundation during the shield tunneling are calculated and analyzed.The numerical calculation results show that,during the construction of single track tunnel,the maximum surface settlement occurs at the surface above the tunnel axis and decreases to the two ends in turn;during the construction of double track tunnel,the maximum surface settlement occurs at the surface above the middle of the tunnel;the continuous construction of left and right line tunnels leads to the lateral displacement of viaduct pile foundation,and the pile top and pile end deviate from the direction of approaching and leaving the tunnel respectively;the shield tunneling parameters and the spacing between tunnel and pile foundation are the primary factors affecting the deviation of pile foundation.
