摘　　要：帕金森病作为常见的神经系统退行性疾病,早期诊治依然存在困难。近几年神经影像学飞速发展,神经影像学技术在帕金森病的诊断和治疗方面的研究成果层出不穷。本文通过挖掘帕金森病神经影像学相关领域的研究趋势和热点,对帕金森病神经影像学近几年的研究成果和临床应用进行阐述。Parkinson's disease is a common neurodegenerative disease,while the early diagnosis and treatment of Parkinson's disease remains difficult.In recent years,neuroimaging has developed rapidly,and researches of neuroimaging techniques in Parkinson's disease emerge in an endless stream.In this study,we mine the trends and hotspots in the field of neuroimaging related to Parkinson's dis-ease,and analyze the research findings and clinical applications of neuroimaging in Parkinson's disease in recent years.
