摘 要:大学毕业生就业问题一直饱受关注,大学生就业问题不仅包括了"就业难",还包括大学毕业生在职场初期难以适应角色转型,频繁跳槽导致的就业稳定性差和低端漂移现象。大学毕业生频繁离职导致的低端漂移,给大学生、学校、社会和用人单位都带来了负面影响。基于扎根理论,通过对高校学生管理工作者、用人单位人事经理和大学生本人的行为事件访谈方法,探索了大学毕业生低端漂移的影响因素理论模型,并讨论了研究结果对高校、用人单位、学生的指导意义。The employment problem of college graduates has been receiving much attention.The employment issues of college graduates include not only the“Employment difficulty”,but also the difficulty for college graduates to adapt to the role transformation at the early stage of their career,poor employment stability and low-end drift resulting from frequent job-hopping.The low-end drift caused by the frequent-hopping of college graduates has brought negative effects to college students,schools,society and employers.Based on grounded theory,this paper explores the theoretical model of influencing factors on the low-end drift of college graduates by interviewing the behavior events of college student administrators,personnel managers of employing units and college students themselves,and discusses the significance of the research results to universities,employers and students.
