摘　　要：随着中日交流的日益频繁与全球化形成的必然趋势,我国必须要重视商务日语的专业人才培养,补充对口人才,提高人才的日语应用能力,推进我国中日交往的长期健康发展。这就要求我国要对当前的日语教学模式进行探索与分析,结合新时代下的用人要求进行教学模式的改革与创新,更新教学观念,实现人才在理论知识和专业技能上的共同进步。本文通过对当前日语专业的教学现状进行调查与研究,结合日语的学科特点,以OBE理念为指导,进行日语专业商务方向簿记人才培养方式的探究,以期提高人才培养效率,培养一批具有专业能力的日语人才,推动我国中日贸易的长期健康发展。With the increasingly frequent exchanges between China and Japan and the inevitable trend of globalization,China must pay attention to the cultivation of business Japanese professionals,supplement counterpart talents,improve the Japanese application ability of talents,and promote the long-term healthy development of China Japan exchanges.This requires our country to explore and analyze the current Japanese teaching mode,reform and innovate the teaching mode combined with the employment requirements in the new era,update the teaching concept,and realize the common progress of talents in theoretical knowledge and professional skills.Based on the investigation and research on the current teaching situation of Japanese major,combined with the characteristics of Japanese subject,guided by the OBE concept,this paper explores the cultivation mode of bookkeeping talents in the business direction of Japanese major,in order to improve the efficiency of talent cultivation,cultivate a group of Japanese talents with professional ability,and promote the long-term healthy development of China Japan trade.
