摘　　要：《民法典》对依法更好保障人民合法权益有着重大意义,如何确定职业院校教师的法律地位,合理构建教师权益保护框架,强化对教师的司法救济,更好地实现依法治教、推进教育治理体系和治理能力现代化、加强新时代职业院校教师队伍建设,值得深入探讨。The"Civil Code"is of great significance to better protect the legitimate rights and interests of the people in accordance with the law.It is worthy of in-depth discussion on how to determine the legal status of teachers in vocational colleges,establish a reasonable protection framework for teachers’rights and interests,strengthen the judicial relief for teachers,better realize the rule of law in teaching,promote the modernization of educational governance system and governance ability,and strengthen the construction of teachers in vocational colleges in the new era.
