摘　　要：高职院校肩负着为社会主义国家培养合格建设者和可靠接班人的重要使命,高职院校党员干部作为"三全育人"理念下"全员育人"队伍中的重要骨干力量和引领者,对育人成效起着至关重要的作用。目前高职院校部分党员干部在育人思想观念方面、育人态度、育人方法和育人作风中还存在需要改进的地方,转变这些党员干部作风才能发挥育人协同作用,提高育人效果。It is an important mission to cultivate the qualified builders and reliable successors of the higher vocational colleges.Under the three full-education concept,the Party members and cadres play an important role in educational results as one of the important backbone and leading powers in higher vocational colleges.At present,the partial Party members and cadres in higher vocational colleges in the aspect of educational ideas,educational attitude,educational method and educational style still exist in need of improvement in place,change the style of Party members and cadres to play to the educational synergy,and improve education effect.
