随机激励下防波板数量及组合形式对药箱液体晃动的影响

摘　　要：针对高地隙喷雾机自身惯量大、质心高、药箱液体晃动等特点使其在工作中易发生侧倾失稳问题,本文提出设置防波板来抑制药液晃动以提高作业车辆的侧倾稳定性方法。首先基于Fluent仿真软件,建立了不同数量、布置形式的防波板多相流模型,并建立谐波叠加法纵向三维随机路面模型;然后采用VOF法对药箱内液体晃动进行数值模拟,分析药箱防波板数量、布置形式、充液比和三向加速度因素对液体晃动动力学特性的影响。仿真结果表明:药箱防波板不同数量和不同布置形式相比于无防波板时,液体晃动对侧向冲击力平均分别降低了11%、8%,说明防波板能有效的减缓液体对药箱侧壁的冲击,使液体晃动变得平缓,进而提高了高地隙喷雾机的侧倾稳定性。In view of the characteristics of the high-clearance sprayer with its own large inertia,high center of mass,and liquid shaking of the medicine box,it is prone to roll instability during work.It is proposed to install a wave board to suppress the liquid shaking to improve the roll of the work vehicle stability method.First,based on Fluent simulation software,a multi-phase flow model of wave plates with different numbers and layout was established,and a longitudinal three-dimensional random road surface model of the harmonic superposition method was established.Then,the VOF method was used to numerically simulate the liquid sloshing in the medicine box.The effects of the number,layout,filling ratio and three-way acceleration factor of the anti-wave plate of the medicine box on the dynamic characteristics of liquid sloshing are analyzed.The simulation results show that the different numbers and different layouts of medicine box wave-proofing plates reduce the lateral impact force by 11%and 8%,respectively,on average,indicating that the wave-proofing plate can effectively reduce the liquid.The impact on the side wall of the medicine box makes the liquid sloshing smooth,thereby improving the roll stability of the high-clearance sprayer.
