摘　　要：在超高压及特高压线路检修工作中,更换绝缘子一直是常态工作。随着电压等级以及环境的不同,采用卡具工具及绝缘子的重量型号也会随着变化,检修过程中需要将传递滑车捆绑在更换绝缘子的另一端上进行传递作业。由于受到检修环境的限制。作业人员需要弯腰低头利用人臂力及腰力将传递的工具物品提升至与人高度一致的情况下进行作业,因为环境的限制,特别是特高压耐张绝缘子长度及宽度的要求。长时间在低头弯腰工作极易让人臂力及腿部工作劳累,易造成高空品物等危险、工作中遇到大风时随风援动。形成不平衡力。进行作业将造成极大困难,时间长久工作人员容易造成手脚肌肉酸疼。作业耗时耗力,效率低,高空风险大。In the maintenance work of ultra-high service and UHV lines,replacing insulators has always been a normal work.As the voltage level and environment are different,the weight model of the clamping tool and the insulator will also change.During the maintenance process,the transmission pulley must be tied to another matter of replacing the insulator for transmission work.Due to the limitation of the maintenance environment.Operators need to bend down and lower their heads to use human arm and waist strength to lift the delivered tools and articles to the same height as the person.Because of environmental constraints,especially the length and width of UHV tension insulators.Working for a long time with your head down and bent over is very easy to make your arms and legs tired,and it is easy to cause dangers such as high-altitude objects,and move with the wind when you encounter strong winds during work.Form an unbalanced force.Carrying out the homework will cause great difficulty,and the staff can easily cause soreness in the muscles of the hands and feet for a long time.The operation is time-consuming,labor-intensive,low-efficiency,and high-altitude risks are high.
