摘　　要：黑色素瘤是具有高度侵袭性、转移性和不良预后的恶性肿瘤,血管生成在黑色素瘤的生长和转移中占据重要地位。由于黑色素瘤的血管富集性,抗血管生成治疗逐渐成为研究热点和趋势,联合化疗或免疫治疗在晚期黑色素瘤中取得了显著疗效。本文旨在讨论抗血管生成治疗在黑色素瘤中的机制及临床应用,为后续靶向血管治疗提供指导。Melanoma is a malignant tumor with highly aggressive, metastatic and poor prognosis. Angiogenesis plays an important role in the growth and metastasis of melanoma. Due to the vascular enrichment in melanoma, anti-angiogenic therapy has gradually become a research hotspot and trend, and using a combination with chemotherapy or immunotherapy has achieved remarkable efficacy in advanced melanoma. This review mainly discusses the mechanism and clinical application of anti-angiogenic therapy in melanoma and aims to provide guidance for subsequent vascular targeted therapy.
