摘 要:精准医学概念的提出推动了肿瘤精准诊疗的进步。外泌体以其稳定、不易降解、携带信息量大、生物相容性好及具有定向归巢能力等与众不同的特点在肿瘤诊断、疗效预测及动态监测、定向药物递送等肿瘤精准诊疗环节中均显示出极具潜力的临床应用前景。然而,挑战与机遇并存,外泌体的临床应用尚处于初始阶段,外泌体分离、检测、产业化等方面的技术难题有待解决,尚需大规模临床研究验证。期待随着技术的不断进步,外泌体能够早日应用于临床,使更多肿瘤患者获益。The concept of precision medicine has promoted much progress of precision diagnosis and treatment of tumors.Due to their particular characteristics of high stability,hardly degradation,as well as low immunogenicity,low toxicity and directional homing ability,exosomes are received increasing attention for their potential as non-invasive biomarkers for tumor diagnosis,prognosis prediction,therapeutic response prediction and surveillance,as well as anti-cancer drugs and drug delivery materials.However,for the clinical application,it still needs to solve the key technical problems related to isolation,detection and industrialization,and validate in large-scale clinical trials.It is promising that exosomes would benefit for patients with tumor in the future.
