摘  要:运用流动注射化学发光法进行检测是仪器分析实验的重要内容之一。对目前的流动注射化学发光法测定水中铬这一实验进行了教学改进,从课程导入、构造讲解、知识拓展等方面对实验教学内容进行优化,通过结合实际案例,拆解关键组件,拓展数据处理知识,增加实验课的深入性、趣味性,激发学生对仪器分析实验的兴趣,亦对其他类似实验课在实验教学改进方面具有借鉴意义。实施教学后,学生反馈对实验仪器掌握更深刻,实验教学效果得到提升。Flow injection chemiluminescence is one of the important contents of Instrument Analysis experiment. Determination of chromium in water by flow injection chemiluminescence was improved in experiment teaching. The experimental content was optimized from course import, structure interpretation and knowledge extension. Through increasing the depth and interest of experimental courses, combining with actual cases, disassembling key components and expanding the knowledge of data processing, students’ interest in Instrumental Analysis experiments was stimulated. These measures can be used as a reference for the improvement of experimental teaching in other similar experimental courses. After the implementation of teaching, students’ feedback on the mastery of experimental instruments was more profound, and the effect of experimental teaching was improved.
