摘　　要：产教融合,校企合作既是是新时期教育的重点,又是提升应用型本科教育质量的着力点。产教融合是高等教育质量提升的战略举措,是促进校企协同育人的主要途径,是实现产学研用结合的重要方法。分析了应用型本科院校高分子材料与工程专业在教育教学过程中教师、学生及用人单位的不同需求,探索通过产教融合,合作育人教育路径解决人才培养中问题和困惑的路径。The integration of industry and education, school enterprise cooperation is not only the focus of education in the new era, but also the focus of improving the quality of application-oriented undergraduate education. The integration of production and education is a strategic measure to improve the quality of higher education. It is the main way to promote school enterprise collaborative education and an important method to realize the combination of production, teaching, research and application. The different needs of teachers, students and employers in the education and teaching process of Polymer Materials and Engineering specialty in application-oriented universities were analyzed, and the path to solve the problems and confusion in talent cultivation through the integration of production and education and cooperative education was explored.
