摘  要:融“课程思政”于专业课程教学过程是落实立德树人的根本途径。食品化学是高职院校食品专业的一门重要的专业基础课程,在学院创建优质院校背景下将“课程思政”融入该课程具有非常重要的教育意义。通过食品化学课程的教学过程深入挖掘蕴含其中的思政元素,发挥“三全育人”的育人功能,是南疆职业院校发挥思政育人的重要举措。Integrating ideogical and political teaching into the teaching process of professional courses is the fundamental way to establish morality and cultivate people.Food chemistry is an important basic course of food specialty in higher vocational colleges.It is a great educational significance to integrate ideogical and political teaching into the curriculum under the background of establishing high-quality colleges.Through excavating the ideological and political elements contained in the teaching process of food chemistry course,giving full play to the educational function of three complete educations.It is an important measure for vocational colleges in southern Xinjiang to exert their ideological and political education.
